The frequencies act as amplifiers, but your presence, clarity, and willingness to listen are what activate change.
You are not required to do anything perfectly — only to meet the sound with awareness.

The body is always moving toward balance, responding to its environment moment by moment.
As you listen, your nervous system and energy field naturally interact with the sound, using it as information to orient, regulate, and adapt.

Work With a Clear Intention
If you already know what you’d like support with, you may begin with a simple, present-tense intention:

Examples:
I am grounded and peaceful.

Listening Guidelines
These sessions work by guiding your system into a healing state - where rest, digestion, detox, and cellular repair naturally happen. This is where real change begins.
This is where your body remembers how to heal.
Best results: Use over-the-ear headphones for full-body resonance.
Alternative use: You can also place the headphones on your body (chest, knees, womb space) to direct the frequencies into a specific area.
Volume matters: Keep it gentle and soothing - your body calibrates more easily when it’s not overwhelmed by loud stimulation.
Do NOT listen while driving or operating machinery. These tones are designed to shift you into parasympathetic relaxation - not alertness.
