  • Membership includes access to 30+ sound frequencies, with the library continuing to expand over time. Each member also receives one discounted custom frequency, created specifically for their needs, along with ongoing access to additional custom frequencies at the member rate.

    This allows you to work with both curated frequency sessions and personalized support as your needs evolve.

  • It’s recommended to use these frequencies as needed, with a general guideline of anywhere from once a week to twice per day. Pay attention to your body’s signals and adjust accordingly.

    Many people choose to have sessions daily or every few days.

  • Absolutely!

    The body is always finding its best place of healthy and balance. We do our deepest self-healing and regeneration while asleep.

    The more relaxed the nervous system, the easier it will be to shift towards your intention/desires for your life.

  • Children, pets, and plants are likely to benefit from the frequencies. It's important for anyone using them to stay hydrated...this includes pets and plants!

    For anyone, with any type of medical condition, it is important to consult your doctor or veterinarian to confirm safety of frequency use.

    Note: it is best to water plants before using the frequencies in their vicinity.

  • Sound frequencies work by providing consistent sensory input that the nervous system processes alongside everything else it is receiving from the environment. As the body takes in these vibrations, the nervous system uses them as information — adjusting patterns of attention, arousal, and regulation in the way that is most relevant in the moment. Rather than forcing a specific outcome, the frequencies support the body’s natural capacity to organize, adapt, and settle over time.

  • Here’s a clearer, more professional rewording that keeps the tone grounded and responsible:

    Sound frequency sessions are designed to be non-invasive and supportive. In some cases, people may notice temporary responses such as fatigue, emotional release, or detox-like symptoms, sometimes referred to as a Herxheimer-type reaction. If you have specific health concerns or underlying conditions, it is always appropriate to consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

    Because the sounds can induce a deeply relaxed or meditative state, please avoid listening while driving or operating heavy machinery.

  • An intention does not need to be actively held throughout a session. In this work, intention is used as an initial point of orientation — not something to focus on or maintain mentally. Once an intention is set, the mind can rest and the body can do the work.

    Many people find it helpful to return to the same intention over several sessions, while others notice that intentions naturally shift as the nervous system recalibrates. Pay attention to what feels relevant and supportive in your body. When an intention no longer feels alive or necessary, it’s often a sign that the body has integrated what it needed and is ready for something new — or for no intention at all.

  • For optimal sound quality, we recommend using wired headphonesconnected to your phone or laptop when possible. If you choose to use wireless devices, consider using EMF-harmonizing or protective accessories according to your personal preference.

    Some people also choose to play the sound frequencies through Bluetooth or external speakers to support the environment or create a calming atmosphere in a space.

    Using a bone conduction speaker allows sound to be perceived not only through hearing, but also through direct physical vibration. This can make the frequencies feel more tangible in the body, as the vibrations are transmitted through the skeletal system and into surrounding tissues. Many people experience this as a deeper, more tangible result.

  • These sessions stream through your browser and require an active internet connection, so for the best experience we recommend remaining on the session page with your screen awake during playback. Keeping the device plugged in and charging is know to help keep the screen on as well.
