Embodiment Guide

 Corleigh Green

I will not rescue you,

For you are not powerless.

I will not fix you,

For you are not broken.

I will not heal you,

For I see you in your wholeness.

I will walk with you through the darkness, as you remember your light.

-Sheree Bliss Tilsley

The goal of therapy is
self-realization —

The body becomes the teacher and the client becomes the healer.

Corleigh serves as an Embodiment Guide within Legacy Awakening, supporting individuals in developing awareness, nervous system regulation, and relationship with their own internal intelligence through somatic practices and therapeutic sound frequency. With over a decade of study in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Heart-Centered Therapy (HCT), and embodied healing approaches, her work is grounded in one central understanding: the goal of therapy is self-realization — where the body becomes the teacher and the client becomes the healer.

Legacy Awakening emerged from the evolution of this work beyond practitioner-led therapy toward a model centered on curiosity, education, and self-responsibility. Rather than fixing or forcing change, Corleigh guides individuals in developing a compassionate curiosity toward themselves — welcoming all versions and all ages of self with presence and awareness.

Through this process, members learn to listen to the wisdom within them. As patterns are recognized and safely processed, the nervous system begins to settle, allowing clarity, regulation, and internal coherence to emerge naturally. The work is not about becoming someone new, but about returning home to one’s innate wholeness.

CranioSacral principles inform this approach through an understanding of the body’s natural rhythms and its capacity to self-correct when restriction and overwhelm are reduced. Heart-Centered dialogue encourages honest self-reflection, while sound frequency provides an experiential pathway for sensing balance, coherence, and regulation directly within the body and energetic field.

This membership is intentionally designed as a structured framework that individuals can return to again and again. As life experiences evolve, the same practices offer new insight, deeper awareness, and renewed understanding each time they are revisited. The structure exists not as a program to complete, but as a steady reference point — supporting ongoing integration, reflection, and growth over time.

The intention of this work is to support individuals in coming fully into the present moment — aligning awareness with the heart’s deepest desires and the legacy each person is actively living. Within this membership, Corleigh’s role is not to heal others, but to help individuals learn how to regulate, process, and relate to their experiences with greater awareness and self-trust.

Legacy Awakening exists to support people in meeting themselves with curiosity, developing a steady relationship with their own nervous system, and learning how to return — again and again — to clarity, presence, and wholeness.
